Back in 1981 when I was only 14 I first was interested in the building trade when I built a dry stone wall for my local school.
From this point on I knew I had a passion for building. My first job was working for my brother’s landscaping firm working with raw landscaping. I learnt all about damp proofing services when I was in the Lake District working on Victorian town house’s, barns and heritage building. This is where I got my knowledge and experience from. I have also been a member of The Guild of Master Craftsmen for 30 years as well as working closely with Kingfisher damp specialist for over 37 years.
What our previous customers have to say…
“After purchasing our house we had dampness appear to the ground floor walls. We had a couple of different companies round to give advice on rectifying the property, however, we received a different response from each company which left us completely confused. Roy provided the solution and with John the work was carried out quickly and without mess. They were punctual, trustworthy and I had no hesitation in leaving them in the house on their own to carry out the work. Would recommend Perma-tied to anybody looking for a damp proofing solution. Thanks very much for a job well done!!”David BaileyDamp prevention
“I am writing to inform any prospective clients that perma-tie are an efficient and reliable company. Roy fitted a new roof onto my semi detatched house and also rendered the wall on the back end of the house, Throughout the whole time of the work being carried out roy was hardworking and reliable. All the work was completed ahead of schedule, to a high standard. The work was of reasonable price and i was always informed of any pricing for materials that were necassary. I am very happy with Roy and the work that has being carried out, therefore i will definetly recommend this company to my friends.”Michael ReevesNew roof and rendering
